OBSERVATORIES

Observations from space and the ground

In my research, I use several different ground-based and space-based facilties, since my interests cover a broad range of the electromagnetic spectrum - from far infrared to radio wavelengths. I have used the Onsala 20 m telescope for more than 1000 hours and I have observed with the Nordic Optical Telescope (NOT) at La Palma, Spain. I was the PI of an OT2 observing program at the Herschel Space Observory, targeting CO in shocked gas. I have also been on five observing trips to Chile to observe with the APEX telescope. Over the years, I have used APEX for more than 100 hours in 4 different observing programs. In the last three years, I have mainly used the Atacama Large millimetre/submillimetre Array (ALMA), where I have been the principal investigator on 3 succesful observing programs. Below are links to the facilities I have used.
